Joining Business Training Works

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Business Training Works. Over the years, we have found that the people who align best with our approach are recommended by members of our existing team. For this reason, a personal recommendation is almost always a required step in joining our facilitator network.

Credentials and Requirements

The facilitators we work with typically have the following qualifications:

  • A recommendation from one of our current facilitators.
  • Fifteen to thirty (or more) years of experience in training, facilitation, and consulting.
  • Advanced academic degrees relevant to their fields of expertise.
  • A strong portfolio of articles or books published through mainstream outlets.
  • Experience working internationally with diverse audiences.
  • Active consulting practices that demonstrate ongoing engagement with the field.
  • Solid references from well-known organizations, including Fortune 500 companies.
How to Submit Your Materials for Consideration

If you believe your skills and experience make you a good match for our team, please send us the following:

  • A recommendation from a current Business Training Works facilitator.
  • Names and contact information for five to ten clients who can attest to your training and facilitation expertise.
  • A video link showcasing your platform skills in action.
  • A bibliography of articles, books, or other published materials you have authored.
  • A list of any foreign languages you are fluent enough in to conduct training.
  • A list of soft-skills courses you facilitate that are not currently part of our catalog.
Next Steps

If we believe there is potential for collaboration, we will schedule two to three calls between you and members of our facilitator network. These conversations will allow us to better understand your approach while providing you with an opportunity to learn more about our organization.
