A. Many of our virtual courses are two-hour programs. Some courses comprise several segments, which are detailed in the course outlines. For programs with multiple segments, the total cost is calculated by multiplying the price by the number of segments.
A. Ideally, we recommend one segment per day. Two segments are doable, but three segments can lead to significant Zoom fatigue. If your options are limited, we can make three segments work.
A. For the best experience, each participant should have a computer with a high-speed internet connection and speakers. Ideally, computers should also have a microphone and webcam. For groups in the same office, the experience is enhanced when participants are in the same room, use individual laptops, and are on camera together.
A. No. Similar to our onsite training programs, we do not open sessions to participants from other organizations.
A. We provide 30-day access to a recording of your program. However, due to the interactive nature of our sessions, recordings are not a substitute for live training.
