Course Overview

The team is fatigued. Some members contribute less than they receive, some are neglecting details and have lost sight of their work’s purpose, while others merely watch the clock, waiting for the day to end. In essence, trust is rapidly eroding. What should a team do under these circumstances? Team Renovation: Revitalizing Tired and Worn-Out Teams is a two-hour workshop that enables teams to reassess, capitalize on strengths, and spot opportunities for rejuvenation and refocus.
