Course Overview

“It must have been luck that got me here.” “What will I do when they find out I’m not qualified?” “I don’t know how I got put into this role. So many other people could have done a better job.” Sound familiar? It might. Almost all professionals struggle with imposter syndrome at some point in their careers. When not managed, those feelings of inadequacy can derail otherwise successful careers.

This course equips leaders with strategies for combating imposter syndrome and coaching others to do the same. We will look at life experiences that can create a sense of “faking it,” and specific actions people can take to reframe inner narratives and gain control and self-assurance.
