Course Overview

This two-hour management course is designed for supervisors leading hybrid teams, where some employees work remotely, and others are onsite.

The program begins with an overview of various hybrid work models and their advantages and disadvantages. Participants will then engage in a self-assessment to gauge their team’s effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Next, we will introduce ten daily routines to boost a hybrid team’s productivity and eight critical questions to ask during check-ins to ensure team alignment and address concerns promptly.

Following that activity, we will outline the common pitfalls managers might encounter when leading hybrid teams and offer strategic solutions to these challenges.

After that discussion, we will introduce the OUTPUT framework, a tool designed to facilitate discussions around workplace performance and ensure that all team members are evaluated fairly regardless of their physical work location.
