Course Overview

This two-hour course focuses on three areas for improving workplace performance: clarity, adaptability, and consistency.

The program begins with discussing goal, role, and task clarity. Additionally, in this part of the course, we will look at tools for removing ambiguity in each area.

Module two focuses on adaptability and areas where people must be willing and able to stretch to reach key performance goals. This segment includes a self-assessment and several opportunities for participants to identify areas for growth and development.

The final part of the program looks at eight specific actions participants can take to demonstrate reliability at work.

Note: This program is suitable for both managers and individual contributors.
