SHORT PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
This negotiation course is designed specifically for people who buy or sell as part of their workplace responsibilities. The program consists of six instructor-led sessions. Topics include understanding what you have, what you want and what’s important; negotiation styles and people styles; the negotiation framework; negotiation vocabulary; persuasion techniques; questioning and probing skills; negotiation tactics; and follow-up and account maintenance. Between each segment, participants will have a practical homework assignment.
