Course Overview

This virtual classroom course focuses on generational differences, how to recognize them, and how to leverage them on a team. The program covers the highlights offered in the literature on the topic, tactics for adapting to the needs of different groups, as well as the dangers of stereotyping.

Program Objectives

At this program’s conclusion, participants should be able to:

  • Describe your understanding of generational differences and their impact on the modern workforce.
  • Explain what the literature says about the strengths of each generation, their preferred communication styles, and their workplace expectations.
  • Recognize generalizations and avoid stereotypes.
