Course Overview

The first part of the course focuses on the fundamentals: when and when not to collaborate. Participants will explore the costs of ineffective collaboration and identify behaviors that can either support or hinder teamwork. They’ll also learn about the seven stages of collaboration, from initial planning to the achievement of shared goals, and gain insight into common pitfalls that can disrupt team harmony.

In the second part, participants will dive deeper into diagnosing and addressing dysfunction within teams. They’ll examine the fallout that can occur when collaboration goes wrong, from missed deadlines to strained relationships, and discuss practical solutions to keep teams aligned and on track.
