Authentic, engaging, reflective, and action oriented
Tech, healthcare, manufacturing, education, retail, and nonprofits.
I work to uncover ‘the why’ behind the request for the session and learning outcomes the client desires to ensure the content and session structure are relevant. I perform research to learn the organization’s values, vision, and culture. This helps me determine what relevant scenarios the training should address.
Training generally fails anytime it’s a one-and-done experience.
As a facilitator, I work to provide resources and a plan that can be leveraged after the training is over and easily carried in everyday work after the session.
I am a performer at heart. I sing professionally and host podcasts to bring the community together. I enjoy working as an executive coach where I help leaders become their best selves and mentor early-in-career talent. I also enjoy devoting a great deal of my time to community service and civic engagement.
