Course Overview
“In Perfect Harmony: A Musical Team-Building Challenge” is a high-energy, interactive workshop where teams come together to make music and explore what it means to perform in perfect harmony. Throughout the program, participants will use music as a metaphor to assess their team’s current dynamics, learn about effective collaboration, and practice essential teamwork skills like listening, creativity, and adaptability.
This program encourages participants to think about their roles in a team as members of a band—everyone contributes differently, yet all play vital roles in creating the final “song.” Through a mix of team discussions, creative songwriting, and practical music exercises, this workshop helps groups build rapport, tackle challenges, and create their own unique harmony. At the end of the day, participants will create a song that represents their team’s purpose, members, and goals.
