Course Overview

“The Tri-Focal Team: Building on Culture, Identity, and Perception to Create Better Work Groups” is a half-day, interactive program designed to enhance cross-cultural collaboration by focusing on communication, identity, and perception. The course uses The Global Communication Dimensions Model, which explores ten key cultural dimensions that shape communication, relationships, decision-making, and time management. By understanding these dimensions, participants will learn to navigate cross-cultural workplace interactions more effectively, from emails to meetings and feedback exchanges.

The workshop also helps participants recognize how identity and perception influence team dynamics and collaboration. The program includes practical, hands-on activities that promote empathy and cross-cultural understanding. The highlight of the course is Building Bridges, a cross-cultural negotiation game that challenges teams to collaborate, communicate, and navigate cultural differences in real-time scenarios.

The following outline highlights some of the course’s key learning points. As part of your training program, we will modify content as needed to meet your business objectives. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the participant materials prior to the session(s).
