The programs are self-paced and vary in length.
Each course uses an assortment of videos, interactive exercises, case studies, and self-assessment tools.
Learners can earn and download a certificate after completing an assessment and earning a score of 70% or better.

SHORT PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
This online course provides a clear roadmap for leading a project through the five key project stages: initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing. The program introduces basic tools employed in each of these stages, including templates for a comprehensive project plan, work breakdown schedules, task list, issue list, risk register and close-out documents.
If you don’t understand the softer side of leading projects, you’ll have a difficult time getting the best from a project team. This course addresses the skills needed to successfully manage the people responsible for completing project work. The program looks at teams and the team-building process, stakeholder management, virtual project team management, team communication, decision making, and tools for resolving conflict.
This self-paced program is designed to provide a firm foundation in quality management. The course combines instructional materials with games, flashcards, exercises, and examples drawn from manufacturing and service sectors. By the program’s conclusion, learners should understand the steps they need to take to satisfy their stakeholders and delight their customers.
IT projects come with their own set of challenges and knowing how to manage them can be the difference between success and failure.Based on the concepts introduced in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide), this comprehensive course addresses project planning, project team management, integration management, project scope, costing, quality, risk management, and procurement.
This comprehensive program targets project management professionals who wish to sit for the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam. The course consists of 12 modules and takes approximately 35 hours to complete. Learners will have access to several self-assessment tests and a complete 200-question exam.
No matter how experienced a project manager may be, when preparing to sit for the PMI-RMP® certification exam, it pays to study. This online test prep course offers approximately 30 hours of content and two practice exams. The program aligns with the PMBOK® Guide Fifth Edition. (The PMBOK Guide is not included in the cost of this course and must be purchased separately.)
