Topics covered include types of negotiations, negotiation planning steps, power in a negotiation, and solutions for addressing roadblocks. 

Handling Workplace Conflict

Learn to recognize the sources of workplace conflict and apply strategies for resolving disagreements during this online self-paced course. Throughout this program, learners will have several opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios, and by the conclusion of this course, they should have command of strategies for interacting with difficult employees and methods for identifying and handling high-risk situations.
