Course Overview

This interactive simulation places participants in the role of an Agile coach tasked with refining an organization’s transformation. Designed for learners with prior Agile experience, the simulation presents realistic scenarios requiring strategic decision-making. Participants will encounter tradeoffs that impact satisfaction across organizational areas, making it necessary to balance competing interests. Using an adaptive scoreboard, learners will evaluate the effects of their choices on organizational success, striving to optimize outcomes. This engaging, self-paced simulation sharpens Agile leadership and coaching skills while exploring the nuances of organizational change.
