Course Overview
This online work-life balance course is a partner course designed for professionals who treat balance as a skill that can be improved, not a perk that appears when work slows down. It focuses on why conflict shows up between work and personal life and how leaders can manage those pressures in ways that support performance without sacrificing everything else.
This is a partner course offered alongside our instructor-led programs. It provides a self-paced option for learners who want a structured approach to improving work-life balance on a flexible schedule.
The course examines major sources of work-life conflict, challenges common myths about balance, and reviews strategies for achieving and maintaining balance. It also explores personal fulfillment and the needs and demands of leadership, introduces nine ways of viewing life choices, and guides learners through developing a Personal Work-Life Balance Plan.
