The Benefits of Learning Change Managment Skills
Change management courses help prepare a workforce to handle the inevitable: change.
While most people intuitively change is necessary for survival, knowledge doesn’t always make the process easy. For many people, uncertainty is uncomfortable.
If your organization is getting ready to embark on a change initiative or if you’ve already done so, it makes sense to prepare your people by offering them some form of change management training.
About Our Change Management Training Programs
We can run the programs as described in our course outlines, tailor them to address specific points of concern, or create custom content if we don’t have something in our existing library that will work for your team.
Our Workshop Facilitators
Our change management facilitators are trained at helping people learn how to plan for change, lead transitions, and cope with disruption in the workplace.
Depending on your objectives, we can conduct a one-time training session to communicate the basics or work with you to craft an ongoing plan as you move toward a new future.
Our Interactive Approach to Training
Our change management workshops are practical and hands on. You can expect to work in teams, consider problems, and learn by doing. What you won’t get is a lecture and a PowerPoint.

Don’t Look Now, But…: How to Manage Organizational Change is our oldest change management workshop. This activity-based program provides participants with an overview of the change process; an explanation of a range of human reactions to change; best practices for initiating change, involving stakeholders, and communicating progress; and awareness of common mistakes people make when in the midst of organizational transformation.
Organizational change rarely occurs without a hiccup or two. However, leaders who know how to manage the change process effectively can have a significant influence on an initiative’s outcomes. This course covers the tools and techniques leaders should implement to drive the change process successfully. Topics covered include understanding the change process, choosing a strategy, anticipating reactions to change, managing resistance, avoiding common failures, and communicating throughout an implementation’s lifecycle.
Stuck in a rut, need a shot of inspiration and energy, or tired of the status quo? If so, look no further. Status Grow: Moving Beyond the Way We’ve Always Done Things is the antidote to the same old same old way of operating. This course is about evaluating the present, choosing a future destination, and plotting a course to get there. It combines techniques from out critical thinking and creativity programs with the essential elements of our change management workshops.
In a fast-paced and fluid environment, adaptability and flexibility are essential skills for teams to master. This workshop focuses on the building skills for managing nimble teams. During the program, we’ll discuss actions managers can take to enable and encourage adaptability, prepare their teams for change, sell a new direction, assign roles to team members based on their individual strengths, and address problems that pop up in organizations where targets and expectations frequently shift.
