This interview training seminar will help those attending to develop the proven skill sets to question and find the best candidate every time. By the end of this course, the participants will understand the procedure for finding qualified candidates. They will know how to interview skillfully, detect rehearsed responses, and use strategies that will lead to hiring the best person for the position.
 
First Things First: Creating Effective Orientation Programs
Performance management begins with an orientation to the job and continues on a daily basis as employees are trained and coached. This course covers all facets of the orientation process.  By the conclusion of this training program, participants will have a solid understanding of what makes a successful orientation program that will get employees off to the best start possible.
 
Ouch!: Recognizing and Preventing Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment can create tension in the workplace, reduce productivity, and potentially lead to financial devastation. This sexual harassment seminar is designed to help all employees understand what sexual harassment is and what to do about it.
