Juiced: How to Get Creative and Stay That Way

In this hands-on creative thinking workshop, participants will understand how creativity can improve business choices and operations. The course uses a host of techniques to generate ideas, aid in recognizing idea killers, and introduce tactics to encourage creative thinking. By the conclusion of this creativity training program, participants should be better able to control chaos through the process.

Ah Ha! Learning to Think Critically and Creatively: Techniques for Sparking Ideas, Solving Problems, and Rethinking the Status Quo

This highly interactive critical-thinking course explains the importance of creative and critical thinking, and exposes participants to multiple creative-thinking techniques. By the conclusion of this workshop, participants should be able to recognize the difference between left and right-brain thinking, explain the Osborn- Parnes principle and its value, and list strategies for selling ideas.

This, That, What Is It?: Defining Problems and Making Decisions

This decision-making course teaches participants to distinguish root causes from symptoms and to identify the right solution for the right problem. During the workshop, each participant will have an opportunity to explore several models for effective problem solving, practice using multiple problem-solving tools, and identify their preferred problem-solving styles.

Collaborative Thinking: Driving Teams toward Better Results

A group that can't collaborate can hardly generate its best ideas.  This collaboration skills course covers a variety of topics ranging from managing different points of view and different personalities to generating ideas and managing meetings.  By the conclusion of the program, participants should have a set of tools to work more effectively together to generate better ideas and improve business processes.

Innovative Thinking: Team Creativity and Problem Solving

Innovative Thinking is an interactive two-day class that challenges participants to think differently than they usually would when faced with work-related problems. Innovation is more than just brainstorming combined with a little luck.  Most often, sustainable invention is the product of careful and methodical planning. This online program explores the academic theory behind innovation and the process of moving from idea to viable product or service.  By the conclusion of this self-paced course, participants should have a solid organization of how innovation works in teams and organizations.

Creativity in Teams and Organizations (Partner Course) 

Do you want your team to be more creative, but you’re just not sure how to make that happen?  If you answered “yes,” this course may be for you.  This self-paced online program looks at the factors that influence a team’s ability to be creative and provides tools for generating ideas in a collective setting.  By the end of the program, participants should have several ideas to improve team creativity they can put in place back on the job.
