Course Overview
This online leadership and management course for women is a partner course that provides general awareness training on how representation, stereotypes, and workplace structures shape experience and opportunity. It looks across multiple domains, including sports, politics, education, STEM fields, pink-collar roles, and management, and it connects representation patterns to how organizations evaluate, reward, and promote.
This is a partner course offered alongside our instructor-led programs. It provides a self-paced option for learners who want a focused online course that supports stronger shared understanding, whether as individual development or as preparation for team discussions and organizational initiatives.
The course reviews common challenges working women face and examines strategies for addressing unfair treatment at both the personal and organizational level. It also includes a brief review of milestones in the history of women in the workplace and closes by connecting stronger representation to business benefits, including leadership representation.
