Course Overview
This online body language for leaders course is a partner course focused on how nonverbal communication shapes leadership credibility, relationships, and influence. It helps leaders pay attention to the cues that often speak louder than words, including facial expressions, gestures, movement, and eye gaze.
This is a partner course offered alongside our instructor-led programs. It provides a self-paced option for leaders and managers who want practical guidance for improving presence and communication effectiveness on a flexible schedule.
The course covers reading basic body language cues and using nonverbal communication to project both strength and warmth. It also addresses inclusive leadership through active listening, body language in negotiations, debunking gender stereotypes, cross-cultural body language norms, and managing body language in virtual communication and video conferences.
