Strengthsfinder: Discovering and Making the Most of Your Team’s Natural Gifts

Course Outcomes

This personal development and team-building course will:

  • Explain the value of relying on strengths.
  • Highlight each team member's strengths.
  • Provide a forum to discuss team dynamics.

Available Format

  • One-Day Course

Course Overview

Research shows that members of high-performance teams rely on their strengths 75% of their time.

The general population, however, reports that it leans on its strengths less than 20% of the time.  And why?

Too often people focus on what they don’t do well instead of what they do.

Based on Gallup’s Strengthsfinder 2.0, this program will help the members of your team recognize their talents, build them into strengths, and work together as a team.

Program Objectives

At this program's conclusion, participants should be able to:
  • Articulate their top five strengths.
  • Explain their dominant talents.
  • Put their talents to use in the workplace and at home.
  • Appreciate and leverage the strengths of others.
  • Recognize a team’s assets and deficits.

The following outline highlights some of the course's key learning points. As part of your training program, we will modify content as needed to meet your business objectives. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the participant materials prior to the session(s).
