Growing EI

Increasing Emotional Intelligence for Greater Effectiveness

Course Highlights

This emotional intelligence training course will:

  • Outline the advantages of developing emotional intelligence.
  • Provide participants with an EQ assessment and help them interpret their scores.
  • Offer concrete tools and techniques for improving their emotional intelligence.

Course Overview

While technical skills are important, most people don’t perform as well as they could without emotional intelligence. This multi-session course explores the ins and outs of emotional intelligence, helping participants understand its significance and apply it in both personal and professional settings. Participants will learn how to use emotional intelligence to improve relationships, build trust, and adapt to changing environments.

The workshop uses either our in-house assessment or “Emotional Intelligence 2.0*,” by Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves.

*Note: The book retails for about $20 per copy and is not included in the course facilitation fee. If you wish to use this assessment instead of our in-house tool, participants should obtain a copy, read it, and complete the assessment before attending the first session. We can coordinate the purchase and include it in the invoice if needed. (Because the book includes a one-time assessment code, we recommend avoiding used copies.)
