Course Overview
This online collaborative communication course is a partner course designed for professionals who need stronger communication habits inside teams, including teams that work across locations. In most organizational settings, success depends on being able to communicate well in small and large groups, contribute productively in meetings, and adjust communication style to fit the people, the context, and the goal.

The course introduces best practices, tips, and techniques for collaborative communication and applies them to common workplace situations. It also focuses on meeting discipline, including choosing the right meeting type, clarifying expected outcomes, preparing and moderating effectively, following up with clear next steps, and documenting results through minutes or meeting summaries.
