Course Highlights
This CliftonStrengths course will:
- Explain the value of recognizing and relying on strengths.
- Highlight each team member’s strengths.
- Provide a forum to discuss team dynamics.
Course Overview
Research demonstrates that members of high-performance teams consistently rely on their strengths, utilizing them 75% of the time. In contrast, the general population tends to lean on its strengths less than 20% of the time. Why is there such a stark difference? The answer lies in where people focus their energy. Too often, individuals concentrate on their perceived weaknesses, striving to improve areas where they struggle. This approach, while well-intentioned, often leads to frustration and underperformance, as they fail to harness and develop what comes naturally to them.
This program is designed to shift that focus. Grounded in Gallup’s Strengthsfinder 2.0, this course guides participants in identifying their innate talents, transforming those talents into strengths, and applying them more effectively within their teams. By the end of the course, participants will not only recognize their unique abilities but also understand how to leverage them to enhance team dynamics and achieve greater collective success.
The following outline highlights some of the course’s key learning points. As part of your training program, we will modify content as needed to meet your business objectives. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the participant materials prior to the session(s).
