- Suggest a process for promoting continuity.
Course Overview
For centuries, the pineapple has symbolized luxury and hospitality. In Colonial America, hosting families rented pineapples by the day to show their guests that no expense was spared. The point? A sense of welcome. While this workshop won’t teach anyone how to cultivate fruit, it will elevate their workplace-entertaining skills and abilities to make visiting VIPs feel valued.
Participants will learn how to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, manage business meetings efficiently, and handle unexpected situations gracefully. The course covers essential topics such as making a positive first impression, understanding appropriate on-stage and off-stage behavior, planning meetings, and ensuring continuity in guest relations. By the end of this workshop, participants will be equipped to impress and accommodate visitors, reinforcing a culture of hospitality and professionalism in your organization.
The following outline highlights some of the course’s key learning points. As part of your training program, we will modify content as needed to meet your business objectives. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the participant materials prior to the session(s).
