This is our most popular business etiquette training program. The class covers professional behavior, networking, business dining skills, and dress. Unlike some other corporate etiquette seminars and workshops, the style is relaxed and fun. Depending on the needs of the participants, we can easily tailor the program to discuss different topics such as international protocol, working with a culturally diverse group, trade show etiquette, international table manners, and sales meeting etiquette.

This course covers the ins and outs of business etiquette and addresses how to manage technology and social media effectively.
