Onsite Training Courses

Onsite soft-skills training is the core of our business. Over the last decade, we have introduced to groups of all sizes more than 100 program titles in a variety of formats: keynotes, lunch programs, conference breakout sessions, workshops, courses, classes, seminars; half-day, full-day, and multiple-day training sessions.
Onsite training means we come to you and deliver the program or programs you choose at your location.
We are not a public seminar company. Rather, our instructor-led training programs are designed for groups and tailored to each of our client's needs.
We do not offer these courses in a public forum that one or two people from an organization can register to attend. If you need training for just one person, our online training courses may meet your needs.
How Business Training Works
We believe that effective training is a process and not an event. From assessing your needs to providing post-session materials, we will work with you to achieve your business objectives. The diagram below illustrates our approach.

Step One: Needs Assessement
If you wish to schedule a conversation, we will send you some questions to think about in preparation for a call with a facilitator. Unlike a lot of organizations that use salespeople to determine needs or schedule training, we believe it is important that you speak early in the process with the person who will be working with your group. The facilitator will guide you through a series of questions in order to get a clear idea of what your needs are and how he or she can tailor the instruction to best meet those needs.
Step Two: Program Design
With well over 100 off-the-shelf and customized programs in our library, our facilitators have a wide range of content from which they can choose. They will then select an appropriate pre-course assignment for distribution to participants.
Step Three: Pre-Training Assignment
We will select an assignment that works with your time constraints, organizational culture, and so forth. The task may be something as simple as answering a few questions before coming to the class or as in depth as reading a book in preparation for a discussion during the session.
Step Four: Instructor-Led Training
A facilitator will conduct an onsite session at a time and place you designate. He or she will not simply read from PowerPoint slides and go page by page though the workbook. Instead, participants will focus on the pages in the learner guide that are relevant to your business need, and they will engage in active exercises that reinforce learning points.
Step Five: Evaluation
We will gladly use your evaluation process or follow our own depending on your request.
Step Six: Post-Session Materials and Recommendations
As a client, you will have access to the course library related to the training program our facilitator conducted for your group. For example, if we delivered a customer service seminar, you will be able to access after the session tools related to customer service. Furthermore, your facilitator may select specific materials for you to distribute to participants based on the session and evaluations. He or she will also share with you any additional recommendations related to the training.
