From those new to the training field to those with decades of experience, our train-the-trainer courses cover adult learning principles, platform skills, curriculum design, participant engagement, and delivery methods.
Our supervisor training and manager training programs are designed for groups and are delivered onsite. They are not available for individuals.
We offer keynotes, lunch programs, workshops, seminars, half-day, full-day, and multi-day training sessions.

This basic train-the-trainer program addresses the basics of facilitation and what it takes to effectively deliver a program. By the conclusion of this course, participants will have had an opportunity to practice basic skills and should be ready to tackle a short session on their own.
Teaching Essentials: Practical Skills for Trainers
(Training Essentials Training)Without a solid foundation, few people can consistently transfer skills and knowledge. This essentials program covers all elements of designing and delivering effective training. By the end of this program, participants should thoroughly understand the role of a trainer and what elements go into a solid training program.
Train the Trainer: The Art and Science of Teaching Adults
Whether you need to train inexperienced trainers or infuse a little energy into seasoned professionals, this train-the-trainer course will teach participants how to determine the needs of an audience, improve classroom charisma, handle hecklers, use activities effectively, and more. By the end of this program, participants will have an understanding of adult learning principles, how to write effective learning objectives, how to use activities effectively, and how to handle the toughest crowds. This training design program explores the fundamentals of solid instructional design. By dressing a topic appropriately, participants will learn how to package their ideas for maximum acceptance and how to increase the quality of the knowledge transfer. Facilitation Skills: How to Get the Most out of Business Discussions
This facilitation skills training course will teach participants how to act as facilitators who can draw out and process audience input for the purpose of moving a discussion forward. Participants will learn how to recognize group dynamics and motivations through dialogue, feedback, and consensus building. At the program's conclusion, participants will understand what makes a facilitated session run effectively. They will know how to remain neutral, accommodate for different work styles, build consensus, manage difficult audiences, and dispel their fear of facilitating.
