By the conclusion of this training, participants should be able to identify the right things to be doing, develop plans for them, take control of things that can disrupt the workplace productivity, and understand the importance of and the most useful techniques for setting and achieving goals by using their time management skills.

This course will explain an eight-step process for effective delegation, and test the participants' delegation skills. There are three ingredients to ensuring a meeting is productive and worthwhile: assurance of closure, a strong leader, and accurate minutes. By the end of this seminar the participant should be able to recognize the importance of taking minutes, develop key minute-taking skills, and prepare and maintain a minute book.
