Susan Cieslinski is a human resource development professional who brings over 20 years of solid experience facilitating workplace learning programs. She specializes in management and leadership development. Her strengths include leading and executing enterprise-wide learning functions: training needs assessments, curriculum development, aligning training with strategic business goals, and facilitation.

When facilitating, Susan brings course material to life though meaning and application. She is committed to helping participants learn creative ways to apply solutions to workplace problems so that immediate results are seen back in the job. Susan is passionate about learning and believes strongly in people's capacity to learn and grow both professionally and personally. She has successfully coached senior managers transitioning to larger roles as well as helped newly promoted supervisors get a successful start in their careers.

She is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and holds a M.Ed from The George Washington University.
