Joy Griffin
While finishing her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland in fashion merchandising and textile marketing, Joy worked for the Man Made Fiber Producers Association handling member requests and customer service issues for companies such as Gore and DuPont. There she developed a knack for satisfying business customers and understanding their unique needs. In the real estate arena, Joy served as vice president of Recruiting Services where she trained and coached real estate owners and brokers in hiring techniques, retention, accountability, generational issues, and leadership. As a Business Training Works, Inc. facilitator, Joy has worked with organizations such as Union Privilege, The University of Montana, and Intelsat. She brings humor, real-world experience, and insightfulness to her participants while giving them guidance to improve their skills. |




Joy Griffin knows service and how to teach it. For more than 20 years she has been delivering exceptional customer service and teaching others to do the same. Her career began as an event planner where she "wowed" customers and clients while planning meetings for private consumers, corporations, and government offices. She has coordinated conferences for groups such as the National Institutes of Mental Health and calmed the nerves of countless brides and mothers during wedding receptions and marriage celebrations.
