Heather Clarke-Peckerman

Heather Clarke-PeckermanHeather is an organization development consultant specializing in three key areas: leadership development training, executive coaching, and women's leadership forums. She holds a Master's degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University, and has over 15 years of management experience. She has consulted for a number of major organizations such as: Schering-Plough, Comcast Cable, AT&T Capital Corporation, Compaq Financial Services, CIT Group, Atlantic Health Systems, Archdiocese of Newark, March of Dimes, J.H. Cohn, and many others.

She received a certificate in management from the American Management Association and is certified to deliver Genos Emotional Intelligence 360 Degree Assessment, Achieve Global Leadership Series, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Take Charge of your Career, and Path of Dialogue. She is a graduate of the number one nationally recognized coaching aschool - Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC) and is an executive coach.

As a coach she worked for Richmond Events CIO/HR summits, and served as a facilitator for the NJ Governors initiative: preventing childhood obesity.

Heather is a committee member of the Morris County Advisory Committee on Women and also serves on the steering committee for Women in Business (part of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce). She holds memberships in American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), International Coaching Federation (ICF), National Association of Professional Women and Who's Who Among Business Professionals..
